Refunds, Exchange & Cancellation

You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product (other than underwear, jewellery, personalised products including shirts, petwear and DVD's) purchased through the online store and you will receive a full refund.

We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 28 (twenty eight) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund. Please contact us via email on clubshop@bromleyfc.co.uk before posting a return.

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery as Bromley FC cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. When returning products to us for refund, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. 

If you wish to make a return then please send the product back with a covering letter (including reason for the return, your name and order number), through the post to:

Please wrap products securely and attach appropriate postage.

We cannot accept international returns.

Products & Pricing

All product prices include Value Added Tax (“VAT”) where applicable. These may change in line with UK government, Customs and Excise, EU directives, and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities. Promotions and prices you see in the Bromley FC shop do not necessarily apply to the online store, and vice versa.

Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.

We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.

Stock Availability

If online store products become temporarily unavailable, we shall hold your order until we have the product back in stock and we will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then we will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

Shirt Personalisation

Please note, that once a shirt has been printed with a name or number it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the shirt is deemed faulty. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if that player leaves the Club or changes their squad number whilst still at Bromley FC.
