Promotions & Prices

Promotions and prices you see in the Bromley FC Shop do not necessarily apply to the online store, and vice versa.

Colours

Bromley FC has made every effort to reproduce colours in the online store as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways so exact colour matches are not possible. When you order products from the online store, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched by the Friday of the week they are placed. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery and up to 21 days for Europe and the rest of the world. While we process orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries to business addresses are at the recipient’s own risk.

Click & Collect

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your parcel is ready to be collected from the Club Shop. Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. We advise that all international addresses should be checked by the client as Bromley Football Club can not be found responsible should the parcel be delivered to the incorrect address provided.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with our goods or service you have the right to return your order within 2 weeks of receipt of your product. Under these circumstances you must return the product to us in good condition unless the item you have received is faulty. DVD's, books, jewellery and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Any refunds/exchanges can be processed in-store or you can post the product back with a covering letter (including reason for the return, your name and order number) to:

We recommend that any goods to be refunded/exchanged are sent back by recorded delivery as the Club will not take liability for lost parcels. When returning products to us for refund, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. 

Personalised Items

Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. In the event that a player leaves the squad and/or his squad number changes, or if the League badge changes in the future. 

Please allow an additional 5-7 days delivery if you have ordered a personalised item.

In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner at 30 degrees. Do not wash within the first 24 hours. 

Gifts Cards

Bromley FC Gift Cards are valid for 12 months and can only be used on the official online shop—not in-store or for tickets, food, memberships, or hospitality. It can be used to cover full or partial online orders, are non-refundable, and refunds for returns are issued as store credit or back to a Gift Card. Lost, stolen, or misused cards will not be replaced.
